These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Stream to Story website at streamtostory.com (the "Service"), operated by Phillip Harrington ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Using the Service

You can use the Service without an account to create up to 3 streams. Creating an account removes this limit and unlocks additional features like stories and sharing. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

Accounts

When you create an account, you must provide a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. If you created streams before signing up, those streams will be linked to your new account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service
• Create accounts for the purpose of abuse, spam, or harassment
• Post content that is abusive, threatening, or violates the rights of others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our sole discretion.

Your Content

You retain ownership of all streams, ripples, stories, and other content you create on the Service ("Your Content"). We do not claim any intellectual property rights over Your Content.

You grant us a limited license to store, display, and transmit Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. When you share a stream publicly, you grant us permission to display it to other users.

Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
